CortexSutra AI is operated by Ashmit Sharma, an individual / sole proprietor (unregistered). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; do not share or resell access.

Plans, billing and taxes

Free, Pro and Ultra plans come with different daily limits and model access, as shown on the Pricing page. Limits reset daily. Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR), plus taxes as applicable, and can be cancelled anytime. We may adjust plan details with notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use CortexSutra AI for unlawful, harmful, misleading or abusive purposes, to generate content that violates others' rights, or to attempt to bypass plan limits or security controls.

AI-generated content

AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Verify important information — especially medical, legal or financial topics — before relying on it. You own the content you create with the service.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features marked 'Coming Soon' or 'Early Access' may change or be withdrawn.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of India.
