Refund Policy

Digital service

CortexSutra AI is a digital subscription service operated by Ashmit Sharma. There are no physical goods, so this policy covers subscription payments only.

Cancellations

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan. No further charges are made after cancellation.

Refunds

If you were charged in error, or the paid features were unavailable for a significant part of your billing period, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we will review a full or partial refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable cases

Fees for a billing period that has already been substantially used, and accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service, are not eligible for a refund.
