CortexSutra AI is operated by Ashmit Sharma, an individual / sole proprietor (unregistered). This policy explains how we handle your information when you use CortexSutra AI.
Information we collect
We collect the email address you use to sign up, your display name, your chat and research history (so you can revisit it), and daily usage counts that power plan limits. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
How we use your information
Your data is used only to provide the service: signing you in, showing your history, enforcing fair daily limits, and improving answer quality. AI requests are processed by our model providers solely to generate your response.
Data storage and security
Your account and content are stored in an encrypted database with row-level security, so only you can read your own chats and profile. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored in plain text.
Your controls
You can update your display name, change your password, or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, chats and usage history permanently.
AI providers
Your prompts are processed by third-party AI providers such as Google and Groq. Some providers may use data sent through free tiers to improve their products. Please do not enter sensitive personal, financial or medical information.
